  1. the fortress was greatly made and was made with much thought that defense was an important aspect. hatshepsut had a good amount of power considering she was a woman. i think its interesting how she changed the way she looked to really look the part.

  2. The construction of the temples and the monuments of the EGypt empire were very unique. The defense systems and techniques used to protect the the walls of the fortress were pretty interesting to see too. I liked how the queen changed her appearance from a traditional look to a more masculine role; seems kinda of weriod for a queen but it was cool.

  3. I think its very fascinating how people in today's society (by the hundreds of thousands) possibly carry the blood line of "The Great" Ramesses II. I think its safe to say that he
enjoyed building monuments and temples. You would think that over time, the Egyptian pharaohs would realize that their resources and man power might of been better allocated towards infrastructure and a stronger bond to its people to ensure that instability doesn't cause the fall of their society like it had done in the past...

  4. It is interesting to see Egypt progress to a more militant empire. Before, they were all about architectural wonder and innovation, and now the Pharaohs seem to be more interested in ruling a massive nation. Also, it is ridiculous that she had to act like a man. What ever happened to Paganism?
